Are there any restrictions on where I can fly my RC airplane?

Public Parks, Open Fields, In the street infront of my house….. and the list goes on…

That will depend ENTIRELY on your State, County, and City. It will also depend somewhat on whether it's a gas or electric airplane.

Here in Northern California, almost ALL gas-powered RC aircraft have to be flown at designated "air-parks"… located in far-flung rural or semi-rural areas. Our City bans all flying from their parks.

I remember the GOOD OLD DAYS… back in the mid 70's the father of a friend had built a 1/8th scale P-51 Mustang… we toted it 3 blocks to the school and flew it there. Neighbors didn't whine and complain.

Now a days you can't run a leaf-blower except between 10am and 4pm… and it has to have a muffler.
GOOD LUCK !!
